Plexus Corp. is seeking a Training Specialist I in Wisconsin to develop and deliver training programs, leveraging foundational knowledge and a passion for continuous learning.

You will support global training processes, maintain data accuracy in the LMS, and help ensure compliance across procedures and training matrices. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ year of related experience, and a keen interest in instructional design and technical skills development within a dynamic team

The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:$49,400.00 - $74,000.00Purpose Statement: The Training Specialist I will actively contribute to the development and delivery of impactful training programs by leveraging foundational knowledge and passion for continuous learning. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.Other Qualifications:Enthusiastic for learning and may have an educational background in a relevant field which includes exposure for instructional design principles and a keen interest in supporting the development of technical skills.Foundational understanding of technical concepts and an eagerness to contribute to the creation and delivery of training content.Physical Requirements:Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.
