Job summary

The American Heart Association is seeking an International Training Program Administrator to support the growth, quality, and operational excellence of our global training network from the National Center in Dallas. This role can be home-based, with travel up to 30-40% for international activities.

You will collaborate with international centers, instructors, volunteers, and internal stakeholders to onboard, administer, monitor quality, and continually improve training programs globally, while

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare/education-related field.
  • 3+ years in program administration, project management, or training operations.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a global, cross-cultural environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Experience developing reports and analyzing operational data.
  • Domestic and international travel up to 30-40% as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Global Training Network Administration and coordination of onboarding for ITCs.
  • Monitor training center performance and maintain program records.
  • Support renewals, compliance, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding training programs, policies, and operations.
  • Develop and implement plans for new International Training Centers.
  • Monitor program performance and drive improvements across initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation, policies, and resources for programs.
  • Coordinate quality reviews and remediation plans when needed.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and recognition of volunteers.
  • Engage with regional teams, ITCs, instructors, and staff.
  • Manage pipelines of organizations interested in becoming training centers.
  • Provide responsive customer service and issue resolution.
  • Prepare reports on network development and training activity.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and events.
