Job summary

Alutiiq, LLC seeks a SPEAR Training Delivery Coordinator to manage delivery of sensitive anti-terrorism courses abroad and domestically within a highly specialized portfolio. You will oversee planning, staffing, logistics, quality assurance, and coordination with host nation partners to ensure objectives are met.

The role requires US citizenship, a SECRET clearance, a Bachelor's degree, up to 25% travel, and strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• US citizenship or ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required (education recognized by a U.S. accrediting body) or five years of relevant administrative management experience.
• Must have effective interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong written and oral communication; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of training courses by planning, reviewing, and managing day-to-day operations; allocate resources to meet host country needs; audit deliveries for learning objectives and provide reports.
• Coordinate and monitor full-cycle training portfolio to ensure DS/T/ATA/SPEAR goals and capacity building in host countries.
• Serve as SME in one or more specialized areas; provide guidance to team members and ensure technical quality of course delivery.
• Prepare and track correspondence, reports, and briefing materials; maintain schedules, budgets, and equipment inventories.
