Job summary

Marex is a global financial services platform delivering liquidity and access to major markets. A Trading Systems Support Analyst is the first contact for trading applications, handling user setups, market data, and exchange connections while collaborating with tech and business teams.

The role requires knowledge of front-end systems, exchange connectivity, and strong compliance discipline, with shifts covering standard U.S. business hours and occasional extended coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front end systems and admin tools experience.
• Experience with global exchanges (ICE, CME, Eurex) is preferred.
• Knowledge of FIX messaging and API onboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first/second line support for all global trading platforms.
• Handle user/account administration and risk-limited access.
• Assist in outage management for client trades and liaison with tech.
• Support process reviews and automation opportunities where possible.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Cover shift hours typically 7:00am–5:30pm with occasional extended hours.
