JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Manager to lead a negotiating team for Master Trading Agreements and related documentation across products and clients. You will guide strategy, coach the team, and ensure timely execution in a fast-paced trading environment.

Formación

• 7+ years leading negotiation and execution of Master Trading Agreements.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Ability to set negotiation strategy with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Front Office.
• Deep understanding of data terms in trading documentation.
• Experience driving AI-enabled workflows and automation.
• Strong influencing and executive communication skills.
• Experience standardizing processes, playbooks, and training.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with independent ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the team drafting and negotiating Master Trading Agreements and related documentation across products, clients, and jurisdictions.
• Negotiate Master Trading Agreements and related ancillary documentation for assigned clients and/or complex, time-sensitive negotiations working closely with Legal and obtaining Legal approval before execution.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Master Trading Agreement contractual frameworks, applicable regulations, and derivatives issues; ensure the team's practices align with regulatory expectations (including FINRA 4210, Uncleared Margin Rules and the SEC Cleared Repo mandate).
• Provide strategic oversight and escalation support on complex negotiations, including bespoke provisions driven by client entity type, country of incorporation, and business requirements.
• Drive timely execution, ensuring efficient turnaround without compromising accuracy, risk management, or client experience.
• Enforce adherence to internal procedures for initiation of agreements, approvals of key terms, and documentation controls; ensure regular, proactive status updates to key stakeholders.
• Serve as a primary liaison with trading desks, client account managers, operations, legal, risk, and other internal partners; represent the team in relevant internal working groups.
• Oversee and contribute to ad hoc documentation projects, including process improvements, remediation efforts, and regulatory or business-driven initiatives.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and flexibility.
• Drive AI adoption and workflow automation across the trading documentation lifecycle (intake, negotiation playbooks, clause selection, issue spotting, approvals routing, status reporting)
