Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Trader Voice Product Area Lead to own the end-to-end success of the global trader voice portfolio. You will translate complex customer needs into a clear strategy, partnering with engineering, design, and business stakeholders across New York, London, Hong Kong and beyond to drive adoption and impact.

You will guide roadmaps, manage budgets and risks, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver world-class communications for tens of thousands of traders daily.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of applied product leadership experience
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale collaboration or communication tech
• Experience roadmapping and backlog management for large tech platforms
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC processes
• Strong written and verbal communication to senior leadership
• Proven ability to partner with distributed teams across geographies
• Experience defining product metrics, cost, reliability and customer satisfaction
• Ability to translate insights into prioritized delivery plans

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for trader voice tech
• Conduct market research and track industry developments in collaboration, AI/ML, and communication tech
• Engage with business customers to define product scope, positioning, and value
• Own product metrics including cost, feature delivery, risk posture and reliability targets
• Create and maintain product roadmap, definitions, and SLAs/SLIs
• Prioritize backlog with outcome-driven rationale balancing value, feasibility and viability
• Lead go-to-market and strategic planning for global adoption
• Foster experimentation and continuous improvement culture
• Manage senior stakeholder communities and advisory boards
• Embed strong risk management across the product lifecycle
