Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in finance, accounting, settlements, operations, or analytics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience reconciling discrepancies in financial or transactional data.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end trade settlement activities including invoices, validation, payments, journal entries, and exception resolution.
• Monitor settlement workflows to identify and resolve reconciliation breaks and system issues.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and month-/year-end close activities including accruals and audits.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, quantify risks, and support value creation opportunities.
• Partner with multiple teams to resolve settlement issues and improve processes.
• Leverage digital tools and automation to streamline settlement and improve effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement by challenging status quo and implementing sustainable solutions.
