Job summary

Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) seeks a contribution-minded Senior Accounting Analyst for its Finance, Accounting & Risk group. Based at the Wichita, KS headquarters with a flexible work schedule, you’ll partner across functions to analyze SG&A costs and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

You will work on planning, forecasting, and reporting, translating complex data into clear financial outcomes and influencing business decisions while collaborating with Koch Capability

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, financial analysis, or related roles demonstrating understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience analyzing large datasets from multiple sources and translating findings into insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial and capability leaders to provide SG&A cost analysis and drive informed decisions.
• Support annual planning and quarterly forecasting aligning strategy with financial expectations.
• Analyze SG&A costs and drivers to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate insights into recommendations.
• Develop and deliver clear financial reporting and presentations to business partners and leadership.
• Collaborate with Koch Capability Companies (KCC) to understand and manage costs.
• Leverage systems to automate, standardize, and improve reporting and analysis processes.
• Build deep understanding of the business drivers to support decision-making.
• Support transformation initiatives by improving data visibility and adopting new tools.
