Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 2+ years in program management in manufacturing/automotive.
• Proficiency with AIAG APQP tools and ISO 9001/IATF 16949.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead APQP activities from kickoff to SOP, manage timelines and BOM.
• Serve as liaison between suppliers and customers; coordinate specs and negotiations.
• Track costs, margins, APRs, and lifecycle transitions with cross-functional teams.
• Support ISO 9001/IATF 16949 compliance and quality framework maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and assist global sourcing and import/export initiatives.
