Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in global logistics or transportation.
• Deep expertise in trade compliance and SLA management.
• Experience building or scaling logistics programs with hands-on execution.
• Proven ability to create SOPs, train teams, and drive adoption across geographies.
• Strong analytical mindset with KPI ownership for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage global/regional courier partnerships; negotiate rates and SLAs.
• Design and deploy scalable shipment SOPs (inbound/outbound, transfers, packaging, temp control).
• Own end-to-end import/export processes; permits, HS, Incoterms, customs oversight.
• Build in-market distributor networks; define inventory strategies and service expectations.
• Define and optimize logistics flows including labeling, tracking, and communications.
• Implement shipment visibility tools and rapid exception management.
