Job summary

Henkel’s Global Trade internship offers hands-on exposure to US import/export regulations within a global manufacturing environment. You will work 25 hours per week with three days in the office and assist monthly export audits using Power BI data alongside freight forwarders.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues across geographies, answer inquiries, and contribute to special projects, while benefiting from Henkel’s online learning platform and networking events.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an MA in relevant field (Supply Chain, Int'l Business, Data Analytics or Finance) is required.
• Strong research and analytical abilities with MS Copilot.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a team environment.
• Experience with large data sets and MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with VBA or Power Query is a plus.
• Available to work a minimum of 25 hours/week with three days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Join the Global Trade team and support trade compliance initiatives.
• Learn US import/export regulations and their global impact.
• Perform monthly export audits using Power BI inputs and freight data.
• Collaborate with Global Trade teammates across geographies.
• Respond to internal/external inquiries on global trade matters.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.
