Job summary

H.B. Fuller invites motivated students to join its internship program in Saint Paul, MN. The 12-week paid role spans Global Trade Compliance with data collection, analysis, and presentation of international transactions. Interns collaborate across supply chain, logistics, procurement and business operations for real-world impact.

You will learn through mentorship, participate in projects and end-of-summer presentations, and gain exposure to multiple countries and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the launch for a consortium of internal import/export key contacts.
• Complete global profiles of customs brokers and freight forwarders.
• Create data analytics, metrics and dashboards for leaders of trade activity.
• Support in obtaining Free Trade requests from suppliers.
• Support in obtaining Raw Material Tariff Code data.
• Document Tariff Code discrepancies across data sources.
• Assist in deployment of SOPs, templates, and guidance documents.
• Develop and catalog repository of key documents (e.g., Powers Of Attorney).
