Job summary

BorgWarner Emissions Systems Spain SL is seeking a Trade Compliance & Logistics Analyst to support domestic and international freight operations, compliance activities, and cost controls. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, cost-efficient freight movement and accurate accounting for duties and reimbursements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in international trade or logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in international trade operations, customs, or supply chain compliance role.
• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) or Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) preferred.
• Experience working with global team, Freight forwarder and 4PL (4th party provider).
• Ability to travel 5-10%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HTS classification support for new programs and items outside the normal scope.
• Support C-TPAT compliance activities and related documentation.
• Coordinate USMCA data, certificate distribution, and customer requirements with Global Trade Solution Provider.
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements into and out of the zone in full compliance with CBP requirements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) by governing documentation for all inbound and outbound zone transfers.
• Manage country-of-origin declarations and foreign trade correspondence.
