Job summary

Johns Manville seeks an International Logistics and Trade Analyst to coordinate daily export and import operations, supporting trade compliance and global logistics. You will manage documentation, and liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure timely, compliant shipments.

You will monitor EAR, ITAR, OFAC, HTS classifications, support audits, and drive process improvements and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 7–10 years of international logistics and U.S. import trade compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of EAR, ITAR, OFAC, BIS, DOC, and related compliance programs.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee export/import shipments from origin to destination, coordinating transportation and customs clearance.
• Monitor U.S. and international trade regulations and advise stakeholders.
• Maintain HTS/ECCN/Schedule B classifications and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and audit import/export documentation and support audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Lead or support trade compliance programs such as CTPAT, FTAs.
• Develop procedures to align with changing regulations and maintain records.
