Job summary

Georgia Ports Authority seeks a Customer Experience Representative at Garden City Terminal to deliver outstanding service and resolve inquiries from GPA customers. The role emphasizes accurate information, problem solving, and promoting GPA services to support cargo movement.

Under supervision, you will educate customers on procedures, ensure service levels, and help optimize self-service options to strengthen customer loyalty and overall efficiency at GPA.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are required.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation abilities are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with GPA staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary GPA contact for inquiries, challenges and problem solving.
• Provide general information about GPA services and facilities.
• Educate customers on procedures and requirements to promote efficient cargo movement.
• Promote GPA features and services to existing and prospective customers using GPA systems and internet tools.
• Assist in testing system upgrades and give feedback on usability for customers and teams.
