Job summary

Toyota Tsusho America in Georgetown, KY seeks a Logistics Import/Export Compliance Supervisor to lead regulatory compliance for import/export activities and manage documentation and records. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
• 5–7+ years in import compliance, customs brokerage, or global trade operations; multi-region leadership preferred.
• CCS certification preferred; CES and CIEP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure import/export activities comply with laws, regs, and company policies; monitor changes.
• Maintain records for invoices, bills of lading, and origin certificates; support customs clearance.
• Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance and resolve issues.
• Lead a team of compliance coordinators; conduct trainings and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify compliance risks and prepare for audits with corporate coordination.
