Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks an Export Compliance Specialist to support export compliance across multiple Teledyne Defense Electronics sites. You will be a key resource for licensing, classifications, reviews, and day-to-day guidance, partnering with Contracts, Engineering, HR and leadership to ensure compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of export compliance experience, including ITAR and EAR, USML/ECCN classifications.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. export regulations, licensing, screening, end-use reviews, sanctions, and export control requirements.
• Familiarity with OFAC regulations, country-specific sanctions, and export compliance requirements.
• Experience with AES and EEI filings.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational trade compliance guidance to enable compliant business transactions.
• Implement and improve trade compliance policies, procedures, training, and initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory developments and communicate requirements to leaders and stakeholders.
• Perform export compliance activities including jurisdiction determinations, screening, licensing, and travel reviews.
• Support obtaining and managing export licenses and authorizations.
• Identify compliance risks and assist with investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor trade compliance metrics and support audits.
• Coordinate with CITC, Customs, Licensing and other teams.
