• Oversee recordkeeping and audits of supply chain security programs.
• Develop and refine import compliance guidelines and materials.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and roll out enhancements.
• Deliver training sessions and create practical compliance tools.
• Handle department administration, organize data and logs.
• Assign tariff classifications (HTS codes) and calculate duty rates.
• Administer duty preference programs and seek to reduce duties.
• Review import data for rule adherence and KPI reporting.
• Lead responses to inquiries from U.S. Customs and other agencies.
• Be primary contact and expert for designated compliance programs.
• Partner on cross-functional initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain consistent attendance at work location.
