WilsonHCG is seeking a Technical Specialist I to support Global Trade and Engineering Operations. The role ensures compliance with international trade regulations by collaborating with Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Global Trade Services.

Ideal candidates have experience in trade compliance, product classification, and global logistics, with opportunities to grow regulatory and environmental compliance knowledge within a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in trade compliance, customs, or global logistics.
• Working knowledge of import/export regulations and HTS classification.
• Familiarity with country of origin rules and ERP databases.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate product classification using HTS and ECCN.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international import/export regulations (EAR/ITAR).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations on NPI and engineering changes.
• Maintain accurate trade compliance data within systems.
• Partner with Global Trade Services to approve classifications.
• Support global movement of goods with proper documentation.
