Job summary

FOX Factory Holding Corp. in El Cajon, CA (and Gainesville, GA) is seeking a Trade Compliance Specialist to ensure accurate import/export data and smooth customs records. You will serve as internal import/export expert and support shipping operations.

The role requires two+ years in trade compliance, strong Excel skills, and ERP experience. Travel to FTZ locations may be needed; CBP filings and USMCA status knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Two+ years of trade compliance or international logistics experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Experience with customs brokers, CBP filings, and regulatory understanding.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of import/export data and maintain customs records.
• Serve as internal import/export expert and support shipping operations.
• Perform daily compliance screenings against OFAC sanctions.
• Review shipments for USMCA status and classify materials per HTS/Schedule B.
• Collaborate with departments and assist with annual reports and certifications.
