United Airlines is seeking a Trade Compliance Specialist to oversee daily trade processes and ensure compliance with U.S. and international regulations. You will work with internal teams and regulators to design and implement compliant systems for movement of material across borders.

Responsibilities include preparing submissions, coordinating with legal, and guiding internal stakeholders and brokers. The role requires 3+ years in customs or international trade and up to 10% travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in Business, International Trade, Global Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience with U.S. import regulations (19 CFR), ITAR, EAR, and OFAC.
• 3+ years in customs or international trade.
• Solution-oriented with analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

• Execute trade-related activities ensuring ongoing compliance with U.S. and foreign laws.
• Lead projects or initiatives of varying complexities.
• Identify procedural improvements and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Assist with cross-functional projects related to trade compliance.
