Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a Trade Compliance Project Coordinator (Customer Onsite) to ensure compliant, efficient movement of goods worldwide for key BETS customers. You will design workflows, engage cross-functional stakeholders, and monitor risks from start to finish to maintain high-quality service.

You will work with the Trade Compliance Manager to prioritize tasks, track KPIs, and provide training to team members, ensuring adherence to CBP rules and customer policies.

• Strong understanding of trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Self-starter with ability to triage and prioritize in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Coordinate shipping efforts in fast-paced settings for R&D and events.
• Set up robust, scalable import processes with stakeholders.
• Act as SME on customer needs and communicate across teams.
• Drive priorities with the Trade Compliance Manager and allocate work.
