Job summary

Tucker Parker Smith Group seeks a Global Trade Customs Program Manager to lead and scale compliance across the global supply chain from its California base. The role focuses on CTPAT/AEO, Dangerous Goods, governance, and technology-enabled improvement.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years in global trade, experience with CBP/regulators, and a proven ability to build scalable compliance programs with cross-functional teams, delivering KPIs and training resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field (Supply Chain, International Business, or similar).
• 7–10 years of experience in global trade, customs compliance, or supply chain programs.
• Hands-on experience with at least two: CTPAT/AEO, Dangerous Goods/IATA/Hazmat, sustainability, or related programs.
• Experience with CBP/regulatory bodies and building or scaling compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global customs and trade programs including CTPAT/AEO, Dangerous Goods, and sustainability.
• Drive certification efforts for CTPAT and support AEO programs.
• Act as liaison with CBP and other regulatory authorities.
• Develop governance, controls, risk assessments, audits, and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory changes and adapt programs accordingly.
• Scale Dangerous Goods compliance across global operations.
• Identify automation opportunities using technology and AI-enabled tools.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Legal, IT, Finance, suppliers, and brokers.
• Create training, playbooks, and compliance resources for stakeholders.
• Maintain audit readiness and report program risks and KPIs.
