Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. is seeking a Manager, Trade Compliance to design and lead our global trade compliance program. You will oversee import/export activities, manage brokers and counsel, and drive tariff mitigation across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in trade compliance with ITAR/EAR knowledge, ERP and data analytics skills, and a proven ability to scale compliance functions in advanced manufacturing environments. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in trade compliance or international trade management.
• 2+ years in leadership, management, or program lead capacity.
• Advanced knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC and 19 CFR regulations.
• Experience managing 3PLs, brokers, and external consultants.
• Ability to analyze tariff impacts using ERP data and dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, lead, and execute VulcanForms’ global trade compliance program.
• Oversee import/export activities across locations and supplier networks.
• Drive tariff mitigation strategies and manage external brokers or counsel.
• Establish governance frameworks and scalable compliance architecture.
• Lead audits, self-assessments, and regulatory filings as needed.
• Implement automation tools and ERP integration for compliance.
• Provide mandatory training across engineering, sales, and supply chain.
