Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years international trade licensing and compliance experience.
• Proficiency with ITAR, EAR, and other US export/import regulations.
• Travel up to 10% of time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare EAR and ITAR license applications and manage post-approval activities.
• Evaluate export/import transactions for exemptions and licensing needs.
• Develop and deliver trade compliance training to internal stakeholders.
• Support metrics and KPIs development for trade operations.
• Determine jurisdiction and classification for parts and products.
• Maintain trade policies and procedures.
• Review screening results for compliance.
• Assess end-use/end-user declarations and denied party risks.
• Support VP/Director on special projects.
