Qualifications

2+ years of experience in import/export operations, trade compliance, or related fields.
Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across departments.
Knowledge of CBP procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs (CBP) regulations and internal policies.
Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including invoices and export manifests.
Verify HTS classifications and country of origin for accuracy.
Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, brokers, and carriers.
Monitor timelines, resolve delays, and ensure documentation aligns with export declarations.
Support reporting and process improvements.
