Job summary

SiTime is seeking a Trade Compliance Manager to lead the day-to-day global export compliance program, ensuring adherence to EAR, OFAC, and customs rules while enabling growth. You will partner with Legal, Engineering, Operations, Finance, HR and external advisers to manage classifications, screening, licensing and audits.

The role drives automation, scalable processes, and continuous improvements, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and risk mitigation in a rapidly growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 8+ years of export/compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of EAR, BIS licensing, OFAC, screening and licensing.
• Experience with technology/electronics/defense productspreferred.
• Experience implementing systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve SiTime's export compliance program.
• Review regulations and support licensing analyses and end-user reviews.
• Assist with product classifications and reviews for new products.
• Manage restricted party screening and Know Your Customer processes.
• Provide guidance to commercial teams on export control requirements.
• Develop and implement automation, dashboards and reporting for compliance.
• Deliver training and promote a culture of compliance across teams.
