Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks a Trade Compliance Manager to lead the import/export program across US, Mexico, and Canada. You will serve as the SME for EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and related regulations and oversee licensing, classification, and risk mitigation.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience, a strong regulatory background, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant business operations across Teledyne Marine units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline as required.
• 5–7 years of international trade compliance experience.
• Knowledge of EAR, ITAR, OFAC, USMCA/NAFTA and related regulations.
• Experience classifying products and technology under EAR/ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer the trade compliance program for Teledyne Marine units.
• Manage export license applications and licensing records.
• Develop and maintain trade compliance policies and internal controls.
• Perform audits, assessments, and investigations of compliance gaps.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors on complex matters.
