Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Trade Compliance Coordinator to support daily import and export activities for the local business unit under the Director, Trade Compliance Marine. You will process transactions, maintain compliance data, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure adherence to U.S. and international trade regulations.

Onsite in the Dallas, TX area with possible travel to other U.S. and international locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in import/export operations, trade compliance, or related field.
• Working knowledge of U.S. import/export and customs regulations and ability to apply requirements to transactions.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply complex regulatory and legal requirements.
• Experience with automated trade compliance systems (e.g., denied party screening) preferred.
• Position is onsite in Dallas, TX area with possible travel to Houston, TX; San Diego, CA; and Tijuana, MX.

Responsabilités

• Support daily processing and monitoring of export and import transactions.
• Review sales orders for denied parties, restricted end uses, and diversion risk.
• Maintain trade compliance data including HS codes, classifications, country of origin, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, freight forwarders, distributors, and customs brokers.
• Assist in preparing and submitting applications to U.S. government agencies (export licenses, opinions, CCATS, protests).
• Assist with ensuring compliance with USMCA requirements and MLA where required under ITAR.
• Support implementation and maintenance of trade compliance policies and training.
• Maintain export/import records per regulations and company requirements.
• Assist with risk assessments, audits, and investigations of compliance issues.
