Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Director of Trade Compliance for the Instrumentation Segment. The role directs the international trade compliance program across the United States, Europe, and Asia, advising senior management and coordinating with U.S. government agencies.

The position requires 10+ years of experience, strong knowledge of export controls and customs, and leadership of a diverse compliance team. Domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in business, law, international trade, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible trade compliance experience.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. export and customs regulations; familiarity with non-U.S. regimes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the international trade compliance program for the Instrumentation Segment.
• Lead and develop a trade compliance organization across CBUs and regional sites.
• Oversee export controls, customs classification, valuation, and licensing activities.
• Provide guidance on regulatory changes and high-risk compliance areas; manage corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Corporate International Trade Compliance on inquiries and investigations.
