Solventum is seeking a Manager, Global Trade Compliance - Special Programs to lead worldwide FTA programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize landed costs. You will collaborate with diverse teams, assess regulatory developments, and coordinate duty refunds while supporting special customs programs and supplier engagement.

The role requires strong experience in FTAs, TAA/BAA, ERP systems, and project leadership, with travel up to 15% and hybrid work options in the U.S. I

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7+ years in international trade compliance, logistics, or supply chain
• High School Diploma/GED AND 11+ years in international trade compliance, logistics, or supply chain
• Master’s degree in International Business, Trade, or related discipline is a plus
• Experience with FTAs and duty savings programs in multinational or consulting environments
• Experience with U.S. and international trade regulations (TAA, BAA) and related compliance requirements
• Experience leading projects and cross-functional/global teams
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, GTS) and data analysis for compliance/cost optimization

Responsabilidades

• Manage FTAs globally, monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance
• Represent SME in cross-functional meetings to support sourcing strategies
• Coordinate import duty refunds applications to authorities
• Prepare responses to government inquiries related to FTA/special program compliance
• Design and execute special customs programs (duty drawback, FTZs, inward processing)
• Qualify products under TAA/BAA for U.S. and international sales
• Analyze import/export data to identify compliance risks and cost optimization opportunities
• Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, training, and KPIs
