Job summary

Catalent, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Global Trade Compliance to lead and continually improve our global trade program. You will guide import/export, sanctions, and classification activities, train teams across sites, and monitor regulatory changes to maintain compliance.

You will review policies, perform audits and risk assessments, support CTPAT/EU/UK programs, and assist due diligence for mergers and supply chain changes. Strong communication with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent professional certifications.
• Experience in global trade compliance, import/export processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements clearly and train others.
• Experience with cross-functional and geographically diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on global import, export, sanctions, and other government requirements.
• Support tariff classification and export-control determinations.
• Conduct business-partner screening and sanctions reviews; document findings.
• Develop and deliver trade compliance training for employees across locations.
• Conduct import/export audits, risk assessments, and corrective-action follow-up.
• Review and update trade compliance policies and procedures.
• Lead or support customs partnerships and trusted trader programs (CTPAT/AEO).
• Support due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and supply chain changes.
• Other duties as assigned.
