Job summary

Johns Manville is seeking a Trade Compliance Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert on global trade regulations and international logistics. The role will analyze import/export requirements, maintain HTS classifications with justification, and monitor regulatory changes to safeguard JM’s international supply chain.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Legal, Supply Chain, and external partners, translating evolving trade rules into actionable business guidance and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in import/export operations, compliance, or trade analysis.
• Strong analytical capability and ability to assess regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze U.S., Canadian, and Mexican import/export regulations and HTS classifications.
• Track regulatory changes and assess impact on JM’s international operations.
• Support compliance programs with U.S. Customs, DOC, and international partners.
• Translate trade requirements into business impacts and assist leadership with reports.
