Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst – Trade Finance to support Sales and Finance in managing trade spend within budgets and TPM compliance.

The role also supports the Sales Teams’ use of Demantra to ensure accurate trade spend estimates and collaborates with Finance leadership on total P&L management. Responsibilities include providing TPM guidance, training field sales, developing Excel-based financial reports, and ensuring policy adherence while driving monthly forecasting

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree and 5 years of trade marketing or sales experience in the CPG industry.
• Excellent reporting and data analysis skills in Excel.
• Experience with forecast data, distributor data, syndicated data and sales shipment information.
• Experience with Trade Promotion Management systems (TPM - Demantra preferred) and TPO software preferred.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide trade management guidance and training to Field Sales for customer programs and national promotions.
• Provide Demantra TPM guidance to field sales to ensure promotional spend is captured.
• Conduct Demantra software and usage training with field sales as needed.
• Lead review and utilization of promotional spend reports with field sales for accurate accruals.
• Develop and maintain financial reports in Excel on KPIs.
• Ensure financial control and policy adherence in Demantra TPM with Sales.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Accounting and Sales to administer Demantra TPM.
• Calculate and validate customer rebate calculations for large contracts.
• Perform reconciliation of planned vs actual trade spend during monthly close.
• Provide input to overall monthly financial forecasting process.
