Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks a Director of International Trade Compliance for the Aerospace & Defense Electronics and Engineered Systems Segments. You will oversee export/import compliance programs, support strategic development, and lead Trade Compliance staff across business units, interfacing with the CITC Office.

Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally; a bachelor’s degree is required; 10+ years in trade compliance (ITAR/EAR/Customs) and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Commerce, Business, Law, or International Trade.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in domestic and international trade compliance (ITAR, EAR, Customs).
• Experience with UK and other countries’ export/import laws and regulations, including customs and export control.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage trade compliance programs.
• Supervise Trade Compliance staff and allocate workloads.
• Manage daily trade compliance activities and liaise with government agencies.
• Conduct regular self-assessments and drive efficiency improvements.
• Support audits and corrective actions for Teledyne Trade Compliance.
• Assist investigations with the CITC Office.
• Support acquisition due diligence and integration activities.
