A leading energy technology company in Houston is seeking a Legal Senior Manager for Compliance & Regulatory. This role involves leading the Trade Compliance Program, providing legal advice on export controls, and managing compliance investigations with the U.S. government. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor Degree, at least 5 years of experience in compliance law, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compliance & Regulatory Counsels.
• Admission to practice law and good standing with a U.S. state bar.
• Solid experience with US & EU licensing and registration regimes.
• Experience in international trade law, including export compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on US Custom and Export Controls Rules and Regulations.
• Lead trade compliance investigations.
• Manage ITC Compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor new international trade laws impacting the business.
