Qualifications

• J.D. required with bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 10 years of experience focused on international trade law and compliance.
• Experience counseling executives on cross-border transactions and regulatory matters.
• Experience designing, implementing, and overseeing corporate compliance programs.
• Experience coordinating with regulatory agencies and external trade counsel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor on export controls, sanctions, and related trade regulations.
• Lead design, implementation, and governance of Ingram Micro's global trade compliance program.
• Oversee monitoring, investigations, and remediation of trade compliance risks and issues.
• Provide training and regular reports to senior leadership and the Audit Committee on program performance.
