Job summary

All Flex is seeking a Contract and Compliance Associate to support commercial, regulatory, and international trade duties in Minneapolis, MN. The role includes reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory alignment, and collecting documentation across engineering, purchasing, and legal teams.

The candidate will review FAR/DFAR clauses, perform export classifications (ECCN, EAR99), and support compliance programs for RoHS/REACH and other environmental standards. A strong background in ITAR and U.S.

Qualifications

• Meets requirements to access ITAR data and information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, Engineering, Compliance, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3–5+ years of experience in trade compliance, contracts, regulatory compliance, product compliance, supply chain compliance, or related field.
• Working knowledge of U.S. export-control regulations (USML, EAR, CCL) and export classification concepts (ECCN, EAR99).
• Experience reviewing contracts, compliance clauses, certifications, or other commercial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and business risks.
• Assess FAR/DFAR clauses and supplier flow-downs for contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify terms, negotiate, and mitigate risk.
• Maintain records of contract requirements and communicate obligations across functions.
• Support development of standard contractual language and certifications.
• Perform export classification reviews and maintain audit trails.
