Qualifications

• Experience in trade compliance and Harmonized Tariff classification.
• Strong understanding of shipping documentation, customs valuation, and country of origin determination.
• Effective communicator capable of conducting and facilitating meetings.
• Ability to explain legal and customs requirements to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assign HTS classification and ECCN to products and materials.
• Review shipping documents and invoices for accuracy, including valuation and country of origin.
• Submit EEI filings to US Census via AES.
• Perform Sanctioned Party List Screening in SAP GTS.
• Ensure product classification per HTS US.
