GrandCHB INC. in Alhambra, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Customs Trade Compliance Analyst to join our team. This role will ensure smooth, compliant international trade operations and accurate HTS classifications for import/export.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with brokers and government agencies, while monitoring regulatory changes and maintaining precise documentation to keep our supply chain moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customs compliance or trade operations.
• Working knowledge of CBP regulations and HTS classification.
• Experience with trade compliance software and customs entry systems.
• Licensed Customs Broker designation is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CBP compliance and international trade laws.
• Classify goods using HTS and manage import/export docs.
• Conduct internal trade compliance audits and identify improvements.
• Coordinate with brokers, forwarders, and agencies to facilitate clearance.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies.
• Prepare entry filings and trade documents for accuracy.
• Support denied party screening and export control activities.
