You will work with logistics, sourcing, and legal teams, handling data, certificates, and compliance records while helping drive process improvements and audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3 years’ experience in trade compliance or related regulations.
Experience assessing data quality from supplier declarations and customs docs.
Experience with Free Trade Agreements (USMCA, CAFTA, AUSFTA).
Experience with HTS classification.

Responsibilities

Understand and apply regulatory requirements for USMCA and Buy America programs.
Compile and analyze import/export data to identify duty refunds.
Classify products under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS).
Support development of compliance strategies and data-driven improvements.
Collaborate with logistics, sourcing, legal, and compliance teams to resolve data gaps.
