Job summary

ProSight Talent, LLC is partnering with a Southeast automotive manufacturer in coastal Georgia to fill the Global Trade Compliance Assistant Manager role. You will lead USMCA/USKOR compliance, coordinate import/export movements, and collaborate with headquarters to keep shipments moving smoothly.

The position requires 7+ years in FTA with USMCA/USKOR, 5+ years in supervision, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. A Bachelor's degree and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extensive knowledge of US free trade agreements (USMCA/USKOR).
• 7+ years of FTA experience with USMCA/USKOR.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Direct import/export shipping and customs clearance experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a leading FTA subject matter expert for USMCA/USKOR compliance.
• Oversee all aspects of FTA operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate ocean, air and inland transportation from import to sale/export.
• Support and develop trainings for the global trade department.
• Identify and implement cost-saving logistics improvements.
• Collaborate with headquarters and external logistics partners.
