Qualifications

• Experience with FDA, USDA, TSCA, DEA, and PGA requirements.
• Experience in regulated industries like medical devices or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Support U.S. import compliance activities and ensure adherence to customs regulations.
• Collaborate with customs brokers, government agencies, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with 19 CFR and Partner Government Agency requirements.
