You will advise clients on complex trade and regulatory matters, including remedies, sanctions, export controls, and customs compliance, collaborating with a sophisticated team. Candidates should have a JD from a top-tier law school, active DC Bar admission, and proven experience in U.S.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Washington, DC, in good standing.
• Experience counseling clients on U.S. international trade regulatory issues.
• Experience with trade remedy matters, including antidumping (AD) and CVD proceedings.
• Experience advising on OFAC sanctions and EAR/BIS export controls.
• Strong legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients before government agencies and in litigation before the U.S. Court of International Trade.
• Conduct regulatory analyses and assist clients in developing compliance programs related to international trade regulations.
• Monitor and assess developments in trade policy, sanctions, and export control regimes.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas on complex international business and regulatory matters.
