Spin Master is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to drive global toys and games portfolios from concept to production. This 12-month contract requires coordinating cross-functional teams including Design, Marketing, Engineering and Quality from NY office at least one day per week.

You will establish project plans, monitor schedules, costs, and scope using formal verification techniques and manage risks to ensure timely launches in a fast-paced CPG environment.

Formación

• Professional project management experience, preferably within a CPG, toy, or durable goods environment.
• Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related field.
• Technical understanding of manufacturing, plastics, materials, tooling, or engineering costs.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Project, Agile platforms, or other industry-standard scheduling and workflow tools.
• Bonus: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent professional project management certification.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain comprehensive project plans with milestones, tasks and resource needs.
• Coordinate across cross-functional global teams to align development schedules with brand strategy and manufacturing timelines.
• Track and measure project performance using standardized systems and reporting techniques.
• Identify, anticipate, and mitigate project-level risks and bottlenecks.
• Deliver concise status updates and roadmaps to senior management.
