Job summary

Jazwares, LLC is seeking a Global Brand Associate to oversee multiple product categories, manage licensee communications, and track approvals across licensing platforms. You’ll collaborate with design, marketing, and sourcing to develop exciting lines that capture the brand magic.

Join one of the world’s leading toy companies, supporting end-to-end product development while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Hybrid on-site with some remote Fridays is offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of brand management, licensing, marketing, or product development experience.
• Experience navigating product development lifecycles for consumer goods.
• Strong project management with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• A passion for learning toy industry trends and consumer behavior.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design, packaging, marketing, and licensing to create brand-aligned products.
• Coordinate design approvals with licensors and track DRM/style guide compliance.
• Request and document 3D, unit, and tooling costs from global suppliers for quotes.
• Organize physical samples, photos, and presentation models for key accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and growth strategies.
• Support brand operations with social media updates, product tracking, and submission records.
• Interface with sales, contract manufacturing, and vendors to manage inventory smoothly.
