Job summary

Tower Systems is actively hiring experienced Tower Technicians to perform all aspects of construction, decoms, upgrades, co-locations, inspections, microwave, mapping, tower lighting, civils, and foundations. Installations and maintenance on all types of towers up to 800’ tall.

We offer a robust benefits package and expect to travel extensively, with 40–60 hours weekly in all weather conditions. CDL or crane certification is a plus for advancing in this essential field.

Qualifications

• Must be safety-focused and dependable, with strong character.
• Ability to read construction drawings and RF data sheets.
• Trade certifications are a plus; willingness to travel and work 40–60 hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of tower construction, upgrades, inspections, and mappings.
• Operate and maintain equipment on towers up to 800 feet tall.
