EIC - Experience Internship Canada invites motivated students to join its teams as a Tourism Development & Project Management Intern in the United States, with placements in Boston or New York City. You will design discovery programs, research activities, coordinate with providers and prepare participant information.

The role offers learning in an international environment with supervision and opportunities to expand skills in experience design, partner relationships and visitor services.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in tourism, hospitality, events or project management.
• Ability to explore a destination and prepare useful information for visitors.
• Comfortable comparing offers, planning schedules and following up with providers.
• Service-minded with international audiences.
• English communication; French is a plus for collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Research activities, venues and experiences suited to participants.
• Help design discovery programs aligned with budgets and availability.
• Research local partners and compare offers and terms.
• Prepare schedules, bookings and logistical information for approval.
• Communicate with participants and answer practical questions.
• Write clear, engaging guides and activity descriptions.
• Gather feedback and track satisfaction and issues.
• Suggest new experiences based on participant needs and trends.
