Job summary

McAfee seeks a Director, Global Compensation & Benefits to lead the Global Total Rewards team. This role reports to the VP Total Rewards and drives equity programs, job architecture, and pay practices across the globe.

The position is hybrid with a preferred location in Frisco, TX; travel to Frisco or San Jose may be required; relocation is not offered. You will lead a team of professionals and partner with Finance, Legal, and HR partners to advance pay-for-performance across McAfee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in global compensation & benefits, with senior/director experience.
• Experience leading global equity programs and job architecture.
• Strong HRIS knowledge (Workday, Oracle, SAP) and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, administration, and evolution of global compensation programs.
• Oversee equity strategy, governance, modeling, and communication.
