Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years in global compensation and benefits management.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior or director-level role.
- Experience designing and managing performance-driven compensation structures.
- Proven leadership of global compensation and benefits programs across regions.
- HRIS systems proficiency with data management and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, administration, and evolution of McAfee's global compensation programs.
- Oversee equity strategy and programs for private and public company structures.
- Advance global job architecture, career frameworks, and salary structures.
- Provide governance and compliance across compensation, equity, and benefits.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, HR Ops, Talent Acquisition, and executives to drive Total Rewards strategy.
